Due to the nature of our Services as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, we have a strict no-refund policy. When you purchase a subscription, you gain immediate access to our platform, features, and associated intellectual property. Because of the immediate value and access provided, we do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees, including for partially used subscription periods.
All purchases are final. We encourage you to take advantage of any trial periods we may offer to ensure that MagicSword is the right solution for you before making a purchase.
Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate any reported discrepancies and correct any confirmed errors. If a correction results in a credit being owed to you, we will issue that credit to your account or provide it in a manner we determine to be appropriate.
Exceptions
Our no-refund policy is subject to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited. Any refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of MagicSword or as required by law.
